Lou Mervis joined his father's firm following the completion of his military service in 1957. He earned the positions of president and CEO of the company in 1972. Under his leadership, Mervis Industries successfully expanded and diversified with respect both to services offered and to locations. Lou retired in the summer of 2005; he continues to serve as President of the Board of Directors.
Adam Mervis joined the company in 1990 and accepted the posts of president and CEO in 2005. Along with Michael Mervis, he continues to expand and diversify the company with an emphasis on the values that have made Mervis an industry leader in quality and reputation.
None of this growth would have been possible without the dedication of outstanding team members from employees like Johnny and Howard Taylor who provided 50 years of service to the current staff of professional managers and production employees.
