Office Clerk – Danville, IL
Location: Corporate office
Hours: 20 hours week – Mon – Fri (flexible on start & end time)
- File all expenses, purchases, sales, bank receipts and voided checks
- Sort & file all divisions: Cash reconciliation, Accounts Payable and scale check batches.
- Check all divisions on Accounts Payable on weights, contracts/prices.
- Match pink tickets to Accounts payable tickets and scale checks and cashier reconciliation batches for yards.
- Keep log of boxes filled and sent to Whse.
- File & Sort all interdivisional
- Enter invoices information onto spreadsheet.
- Help sort mail
- Answer phones
- Occasionally make up packets for new employees and health packets
- Make copies
- Create file labels
- Must have Microsoft office experience in Word and Excel
