Class B CDL is a plus. DUTIES:- Diagnosing, repairing engines, hydraulic systems, electrical, brakes, routine maintenance.

MIG Welder - Illini Castings
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This job requires the employee to work with our team in the yard as well as shipping and receiving. The employee will be inspecting incoming parts to determine if they are qualified for repair according to AAR inspections. This employee will also be required to train in different areas of the shop so that they may be moved when needed. DUTIES:- Inspection of incoming parts to verify repair quality.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The employee in this position must enjoy working with their hands have an eye for detail and an analytical mind. In addition you must be able to use variety of tools and equipment, ability to read blueprints, recognize welding symbols and specifications. You must also prepare, fabricate and weld various constructions, components and structures from patterns and blueprints using a variety of tools and machines to make metal parts or assemble components. DUTIES:- Be able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans
- Fabricate Metal Objects by laying out, cutting, and fitting, measuring and welding metals to create the desired shape or object.
- Constantly inspect and test welds and equipment for durability.
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure that it meets all standards and requirements. Document work and results, and keep records or labor and materials used.
- Use a variety of tools to work with metal. Operate cutting saws to cut various metals, and weld and grind and grand fabricated structures to meet structural requirements.
- Use a shear machine, metal roller, A larger cutter .208 and 480 amp Mig Welder.
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The employee in this position will weigh and inspect all incoming vehicles. In addition, the job will require the dispatching of trucks for local pick-ups as well as local and long distance deliveries. This employee reports directly to the Manager. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Using a mobile crane, the employee in this position will load and unload trucks as well as handling material for processing. The employee will need to have the agility to climb on and off the crane as well as move freely about the yard. This position reports directly to the yard foreman or manager and will work closely with the heavy equipment operators in feeding their processing equipment. Commercial/Industrial Electrician – Danville IL
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The employee in this position analyzes and corrects problems on electrical equipment and controls. Additionally the employee will make proper electrical installations where they are required. The tasks will require the employee to have the strength and agility to climb ladders as well as reach both high and low locations on equipment for repairs as well as installations. This employee may be part of a mechanical team on major installations, working with other trades such as machinists, pipe fitter, millwright, etc. The employee will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and works closely with all yard managers, maintenance workers, and supervisors. This employee may be called in on night shifts and weekends to do temporary repairs as well as special installations. DUTIES:- Analyze circuits, blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical theory and principles, statutory codes, properties of materials and principles of operation of electrical equipment. Starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown – in line with OSHA requirements.
- Service electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components, circuits, printed circuit boards, and similar electronic devices.
- Install, repair, and maintain communication cables, power distribution cables, and splicing pieces as required.
- Fabricate parts if not commercially available, using machine and hand tools common to the trade.

The position may also require the driver to perform pick-ups as well as deliveries at a variety of locations and assist in the operation of equipment at the yard.
